My Old Man Guard Passing System Flow & Controlled

Flow & Controlled is my preferred method for “old man” passing. Meaning, slowing the action down to a crawl, advancing methodically and limiting your opponent’s movements and requiring less cardio to be effective. Great for any situation, but it comes in handy against younger grapplers!
