Today’s video is a vlog from my most recent trip to Hero Academy in Costa Rica back in January of 2022. One of the fun highlights of the Costa Trip is a rolling session up on top of a spot that overlooks the oceans called Eagles Nest.

During this year’s sunset rolling session I decided to promote one of my White Belt students to Blue Belt.

You’ll see some rolling and fun from the trip. As well as a Black Belt shark tank on the new Blue Belt. Hope you enjoy the video.
