Secret Training to Make Our BJJ Effective for the Streetzzz

Every year before Halloween me and my gym do our annual Suit Rolling session. It originally started off in 2012 with a group of us wearing cheap suits from thrift stores into suits, costumes and whatever else.

The session usually starts with some rolling and then ends with a free for all of people doing Jiu-jitsu and ripping clothes.

It’s a ridiculous and an absolute blast.
